Cereal milk

Back in January 2012, I posted about milk bars in America and cereal milk was one of the items that caught my eye on (Manhattan-based) Momofuku’s menu.

Today’s Independent reports on how cereal milk – the milk left at the bottom of your cereal bowl – is now “becoming a thing” with a couple of places in London offering it.

Peyton and Byrne are now offering cereal milk on their new breakfast menu at the National Dining Rooms (at the National Gallery).

William Leigh, co-owner of Wishbone Brixton, has also trialled a slightly twisted version of this at home – biscuit milk poured over ice cream!
