I posted about the aqua trend back in January this year and today’s i has a feature on the rise in aqua fitness workouts.
Working out in the water takes a lot more effort than on land, so it burns more calories. It’s also meant to be good for muscle tone and people recovering from injuries.

I mentioned Aqua Zumba and Aqua Jogging last time, but there’s a cool picture of Aqua Kickboxing in the feature. Looks well hard though.
