Lots of ‘finger on the pulse’, insightful, accessible nuggets.
From posh pizza to Korean, some good explanations of how and why these trends are coming about – I’ve only really come across vague predictions of these trends in the past, so it’s good to have a proper foodie explain them.
It’s all London-focused, but, as with most things, trends that take off in the capital tend to filter through to the rest of the country eventually.
Definitely worth a read.
